Paul demonstrates a wealth of experience in all environmental law issues.
Overview
In 2018, to mark 25 years as a solicitor, Paul decided to look for a new challenge and joined Richard Buxton Solicitors. He is enjoying applying his litigation experience to the field of environmental law. He has worked on a wide spectrum of cases ranging from contamination of land and nuisance disputes to planning appeals and judicial review. He has been involved in several successful cases challenging inappropriate development in AONBs and other sensitive areas, often in the countryside but including local nature reserves.
