Planning law / judicial review enquiries – please also include:

• Planning reference number
• The date of the decision you want to challenge
• The public authority/decision maker involved
• The site address/location

Nuisance enquiries – please also include:

• What the nuisance is and where it occurs
• How often it happens, how long it lasts, and how severe/offensive it is
• Any recent correspondence with the person responsible and/or the local authority
• Any steps taken to reduce or prevent the nuisance
