Merthyr Tydfil car auction nuisance challenge

We represented claimants in civil nuisance proceedings against a car auction business which expanded its operations onto land adjacent to the claimants’ home.  The claimants were successful in the High Court and awarded damages.  This was appealed by the Defendant, but the award to our clients was upheld in the Court of Appeal.
